Lets make a cool glowing light effect on a flower that can be used as a website background image.

Subject: - Photoshop techniques and lesson for -  Glowing-Flower-Website-Background-Image.

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size, Height & Width 500×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with 000000 Color & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[3]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool & click & select Make Selection

[4]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[5]-Now your image will be look as shown below & after that Open New Layer

[6]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign

[7]-Now select Inner Glow & use the following settings

[8]-Now select Satin Structure & use the following settings

[9]-Now select Gradient Overlay & apply the following settings

[10]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[11]-Now make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & after that select Original Layer & then Increase the shape with the
help of Ctrl+T

[12]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur & use the following settings

[13]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[14]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with FFFFFA color & then go to Blending Options & select Inner Shadow &
use the following settings

[16]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[17]-Now make 2 Duplicate Layer with the help of 2 times press Ctrl+J & then Create the following selection with the help of
Move Tool.Finally, all settings have been Completed & your final image will be look as shown below
