Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 500×500 pixel, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[3]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom shape Tool & after that select Pen Tool
& then click & select Make Selection

[4]-Now apply the following settings in Make Selection

[5]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[6]-Now fill the selection with any color

[7]-Now make 3 Duplicates Layer with the help of press 3 times Ctrl+J & your layer pallete will be look as shown below

[8]-Now create the following sepration with the help of Move Tool

[9]-Now select Upper Duplicate Layer & then 3 times press Ctrl+E & your image will be look as shown below

[10]-Now press Ctrl+J & create the following sepration with the help of Move Tool

[11]-Now select above layer & after that Press Ctr+E & after that press Ctrl+J & your Layer Pallete will be look
as shown below

[12]-Now create the following sepration with the help of Move Tool

[13]-Now select Duplicate layer & press Ctrl+E & after that make Duplicate layer with the help of Press Ctrl+J

[14]-Now create the following sepration with the help of Move Tool

[15]-Now select Duplicate Layer & then press Ctrl+E & your Layer Pallete will be look as shown below

[16]-Now press Ctrl+J & then create the following sepration with the help of Move Tool

[17]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[18]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool

[19]-Now select Pen Tool & then click & select Make Selection

[20]-In make selection add New Selection & feather radius should be 0% pixels,ok & your image will be look as
shown below

[21]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I & then press “Delete”

[22]-Now go to Blending Options with the help of Click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[23]-Now select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[24]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[25]-Now select Satin Structure & apply the following settings

[26]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
